2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the following states where hemp-derived THCa products may be legally advertised and shipped: Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wyoming.

Entrants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute CBD hemp smokes or vapes for THCa hemp smokes where required by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

Promotion begins on August 22, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. ET and ends on September 15, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

• Free Entry: Visit https://coastsmokes.co/pages/willies-remedy during the Promotion Period and complete the official entry form. Limit one (1) free entry per person.
• Purchase Entry: Each qualifying purchase of any Willie’s Smokes product (CBD, THCa, or vape) from https://coastsmokes.co/pages/willies-remedy during the Promotion Period will result in five (5) entries.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, regardless of method of entry.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: Twenty (20) packs of Willie’s Smokes, which may consist of Willie’s Remedy+ THCa smokes, CBD smokes, vapes, or a combination thereof, depending on legal restrictions in the winner’s jurisdiction and product availability.

Prize will be awarded in a single shipment.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $559.80 (based on THCa pricing).

If, for any reason beyond Sponsor’s control, all or part of the prize becomes unavailable — including but not limited to changes in applicable laws, shipping restrictions, or product discontinuation — Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value, including the cash equivalent based on the retail value of the unavailable portion.

Prize is non-transferable, with no cash or substitution except as stated above or at Sponsor’s discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, to be conducted within seven (7) days of the Promotion Period’s end.

Winner will be notified by email and must respond within 36 hours of notification. Failure to respond in time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Verification & Delivery

Winner must provide proof of age (government-issued photo ID) and a shipping address in an eligible jurisdiction.

Shipments require adult signature at delivery.
Sponsor is not responsible for inability to deliver due to legal restrictions in the winner’s location.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. By entering, you agree to be bound by these rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final.

By entering, you release Sponsor, its affiliates, and agents from any liability arising from participation or prize use. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty regarding legality of prize possession in winner’s jurisdiction.

10. Governing Law

All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
